Refunds & Exchanges Policy

What should I do if I ever recieved the wrong merchandise, the merchandise recieved was damaged, faulty or the selected carrier misplaced my package(s) and I need to know what steps I need to take?

At Nock Customs we value all our customers experience and we appreciate you choosing us as a site where you can get all the items you need. Do to the nature of our business all sales are considered final and we do not issue refunds but will gladly assist with exchange(s) for store credit. In order to smooth over this process our customers are given a 14 day grace period from confirmation of receipt to begin the exchange and return process.

We take pride in the products we offer and will always make sure the quality of each merchandise is in the best condition for our customers before the orders are forwarded to the selected carrier. However, we understand things happen and will be gladly to assist with some accommodations. Feel free to message us with your concerns by including the following:
