At Nock Customs, all of our products—including DTF Transfers and custom prints—are made to order with your unique selections. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed and processing has begun.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, address entry errors, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nockcustoms.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your concern and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Each item is inspected for quality before it ships. While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. If there’s a production issue on our end, we’ll make it right.
