  • Custom & DTF Transfers: All Direct to Film (DTF) transfers are made-to-order and may require additional processing time during peak periods.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Delays: Nock Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier for further assistance.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.
